LAST UPDATED 22 APRIL 2026These Terms & Conditions govern all sessions and services booked through www.davinamackail.com. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Davina MacKail, sole trader, of 17 Southend Road, Bungay, Suffolk, NR35 1DN, United Kingdom.
1. Services Offered
Davina MacKail offers the following bookable sessions via this website:
Wisdom That Works — Foundation
Duration: 75 minutes online via Zoom
Fee: £225
What is included: In-depth preparation using your astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys; a guided session using the mesa and bespoke Tarot process; full recording and written transcript
Pre-session information required: You will be asked to provide your date, time, and place of birth. This is used to prepare your astrological, Human Design, and Gene Keys charts in advance. Please ensure these details are accurate. Davina accepts no responsibility for preparation based on incorrect information supplied by the client.
Wisdom That Works — Oracle
Duration: 60 minutes online via Zoom
Fee: £175
What is included: Intuitive guidance working with what is present; reference to your astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys as needed; full recording included
Preparation: Minimal preparation is undertaken for Oracle sessions. This session is suited to follow-up work or where lighter-touch guidance is sought.
Feng Shui Online Consultation
Duration: 1 hour online via Zoom
Fee: £295
What is included: A live online consultation for your home or business space, conducted via phone, tablet, or laptop; practical guidance on energy, harmony, and flow
Client responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device and stable internet connection to show Davina your space during the session. Sessions cannot be refunded due to the client's inability to access or share their space where reasonable notice has not been given.

2. Booking & Payment
All sessions are booked online via Calendly at www.davinamackail.com. A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
By completing your booking you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or are booking with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Davina MacKail reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at her sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by the client
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to davina@davinamackail.com. The following policy applies to all session types:
Please note: for Foundation sessions, preparatory work — including the drawing of your astrological, Human Design, and Gene Keys charts — typically begins well in advance of the session date. The 24-hour no-refund policy reflects this investment of time.
Rescheduling by the client
You may reschedule your session at no charge if more than 48 hours' notice is given.
Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the session will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy above will apply.
Sessions may be rescheduled once only. A second rescheduling request will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation or rescheduling by Davina MacKail
In the event that Davina needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Davina will provide as much notice as possible in such circumstances and will not be liable for any further costs or losses arising.
Non-attendance
If you do not attend your booked session and have not contacted us in advance, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.
4. Session Delivery & Technical Requirements
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a working device, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space for the duration of your session.
A Zoom link will be sent to you via Calendly confirmation email. Please ensure you can access Zoom before your session time.
If technical difficulties on Davina's side prevent a session from proceeding, the session will be rescheduled at no charge or a full refund will be offered.
If technical difficulties on the client's side prevent a session from proceeding and less than 24 hours' notice has been given, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrival by the client will not extend the session duration.
5. Recording & Transcript
Foundation sessions include a full recording and written transcript as standard. Oracle and Feng Shui Online sessions include a recording.
By booking a session, you consent to the session being recorded for the purpose of providing you with a personal record.
Recordings and transcripts are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, published, broadcast, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Davina MacKail.
The session recording remains the intellectual property of Davina MacKail. Your personal copy is licensed for private use only.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Davina by email before your session. In such cases, no recording or transcript will be provided.
6. Nature of the Work — Important Notice
Davina MacKail's sessions draw on intuitive guidance, divination, astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, Feng Shui, and shamanic practice. This work is offered as a form of personal guidance and spiritual support.
Please read the following carefully:
Not a substitute for professional advice. Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or structural advice. Nothing shared in a session should be interpreted as such.
Not therapy or counselling. Davina's work is not therapy, coaching, or counselling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified professional.
Feng Shui recommendations. Recommendations made during a Feng Shui Online Consultation are offered as guidance only. They do not constitute structural, architectural, or surveying advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made regarding your property based on guidance received.
No guaranteed outcomes. Davina offers her knowledge, experience, and intuitive insight in good faith. She makes no guarantee as to specific outcomes, results, or changes following any session.
Personal responsibility. By booking a session, you accept full responsibility for any decisions you make as a result of guidance received.
7. Confidentiality
Davina treats all session content as confidential and will not disclose information shared by clients to any third party, except where required to do so by law.
Clients are similarly asked to respect the confidential nature of any personal or professional information that may arise in sessions, and not to share or publish Davina's guidance without her consent.
8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on www.davinamackail.com — including text, images, audio, video, course material, and resources — is the copyright of Davina MacKail or used with permission. All rights are reserved.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the prior written consent of Davina MacKail.
Session recordings and transcripts provided to clients are licensed for personal use only, as set out in Section 5.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davina MacKail shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from guidance received in a session.
Davina's total liability to you in connection with any session shall not exceed the fee paid for that session.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.davinamackail.com/privacy. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
Davina MacKail will not be in breach of these terms, or liable for any delay or failure to perform, where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond her reasonable control, including illness, bereavement, internet outages, or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances, affected sessions will be rescheduled or refunded.
12. Changes to These Terms
Davina MacKail reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this website with a revised date. The terms in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
13. Complaints
If you have a concern about any aspect of your experience, please contact us in the first instance by sending an email to davina@davinamackail.com. We take all feedback seriously and will endeavour to respond within five working days.
14. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to enforce a right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Davina MacKail in respect of the services described herein.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
